What are the shipping charges?

Postage cost depends on weight and size, smaller items will cost as little as £1.05, while larger items will start at £4.50.

What is the estimated delivery time?

For small items, such as gifts we aim to engrave and ship your items within 2 working days of payment (this excludes weekends and bank holidays). We tend to use Royal mail 2nd class services, which aims to deliver within 2-3 days of posting.

If you are buying trophies, this may take a little longer. From payment, delivery is usually 7-10 days. If you need your Trophies quicker, we recommend emailing us first. We should be able to accommodate.

I need a product urgently, can this be done?

Yes! If you require a product urgently then please get in touch. Drop us an email with as much detail of what you are after and when you need it for, and we will try our best to accommodate.

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged to prevent any damage.

For example for plaques we use board back envelopes. Trophies will be individually boxed, or wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent any damage.
