My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
If an item arrives damaged you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Send an email to sales@bspokeengraving.co.uk with images of your broken/defective/damaged item. Please mention your order number in your email.
We do our best to ensure that you receive your order undamaged by using appropriate packaging.
