  • What is Bspoke Engravings' return policy?

    Returns & Refunds will not be accepted on personalised items, unless faulty or damaged.

  • My item arrived damaged, what do I do?

    If an item arrives damaged you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Send an email to sales@bspokeengraving.co.uk with images of your broken/defective/damaged item. Please mention your order number in your email.

    We do our best to ensure that you receive your order undamaged by using appropriate packaging.

  • When will I be refunded?

    We pride ourselves on great customer service. We sort out any issue efficiently and effectively. Whether it's replacing an item or issuing a refund, your happiness is our main priority.
